Billing but no service provided

I just want to say that this is the worst service provider you can imagine. They have debited my account a number of time and they weren't hosting anything. My website has been down for the past couple of months and Lusion is simply not interested. I have made numerous calls to James Phillips that at every call said he would refund monies debited from my account... We are stil waiting. I have now decided to expose these on every platform possible... Maybe this will get them to refund my money...
