I have placed an order on the 10th of July and got confirmation that the order will be delivered on the 10th of July. Money was deducted from my account, and one week later, no delivery and no communication from NetFlorist to inform me of any problems. I tried to contact them through their website, but the Contact Us page is not working.
Unacceptable service.
