I ordered a pair of shoes on 5 August 2013. Two weeks later I get an email saying that they received the wrong shoe from the supplier and wanted to know if I wanted this other shoe. Turns out they had my original order wrong as well. When I told them what my order was and showed them a screenshot of my order as shown in my account I was told my order was incorrect! When asked what is meant by incorrect, I received no response. Still awaiting a response a day later. I work in e-commerce and have purchased many items online and this is not the standard of service that I expect from Citymob. Very disappointing experience and poor service.
