Cityslicker
No refund after order was cancelled

I placed an order with cityslicker. Before the goods were delivered I called and asked that the order be cancelled as the seller could not be verified. Cityslicker agreed. I sent email communication as requested. They however continued with the
order and deliveres the goods. After 3 emails and 2 phone calls (voicemail only and no one called back) they aaid they will arrange to collect goods and refund me. No one came or called to collect and I am still not refundes. I am really dissapointed in the service. I even said I will arrange a courier to deliver the goods, no one even came back to me.
