I received samples from Isabella Garcia, after accepting to try the range further by taking extra products over a period of 8 months, with payment via debit order for the 8 months. I haven't received the products yet, and being on the 9th of July already, and the debit order that went of on the 1st of July, why do I need to wait this long to get any product, especially after I started having issues with the product and decided to cancel the order. But because I haven't gotten the products yet, I'm not able to cancel the order within the 60 days time, and get the money back that went through on the debit order. Instead they will send me a perfume with the same amount, actually R30 more than the debit order. I don't want the perfume, I want a refund on my money, and if this was part of the conditions for accepting this transaction, I would like the telephonic conversation that was taped, to be sent to me to confirm this. This is forcing a person to take a product that you do not want, even if you cancel in advance!
