I have never been treated so badly as a customer. We ordered and paid for goods to the value of over R5000 and they undertook to email us with the tracking number so we can track our goods. After 2 working days we still did not receive any communication from them even though we had told them the urgency as we had over 300kg's game meat hanging. We had to phone them for the tracking number and after being provided with the wrong tracking number, we had to fetch the goods ourselves from the courier company only to discover parts were not packed in. Mohammed and his manager were rude, and not in the slightest helpful after they recived our money. They undertook to post the nozzles to us immediately and only did so 2 days later. His manager made no effort to find out from the customer what went wrong and when we phoned to make enquiries he immediately attacked us verbally based on Mohamed's story. It is the poorest service and rudest people I have ever dealt with. They deliver half a product only to blame the customer for being rude when we have 300kg's meat going rotten due to their fault. They say they have nothing to do with the meat. Disgusting!! should be closed down...
