I've ordered a toy from ull on the 7th may 2013. I received no feedback until the 16th may 2013 telling me that there's a delay from supplier. I phoned on the same day and they said it should be dispatched today or tomorrow.
Today is 21 may 2013 and I'm still waiting. No feedback. I phoned today and no customer service agent is available to take my call. The toy is again being advertised on website but they have no stock in warehouse. Shouldn't u have sent my order by now?
