Flowers ordered and PAID for - delivery in Sydney Australia.
Ordere placed 7 days prior for delivery on 17th May.
Today is 20 May and still no flowers delivered.
Placed complaint on Facebook. Responded with apologies order went to AUSTRIA!
Order will be upsized and chocolates added and out for first thing delivery Monday 20th.
It is now 3pm in Sydney Australia and still no delivery.
I am sure this has nothing to do with Australia. I am sure it is the poor service in South Africa.
When i read all the complaints on their facebook page I am not surprised.
Netflorist delivery standards are pathetic!
