I had placed an order last thursday for flowers to be delivered on the 12/05 for Mothers day. They assured me it will be done by 12pm. Till date there has been no delivery and no one can tell me what actually happened to my parcel which is fully paid for. I had asked for a refund but no one got back to me regarding that either. If they were incapable of doing the delivery then they shouldn't have taken on the order, it's unacceptable.
