I ordered flowers from their website to be delivered in Bloemfontein. After submission I received a error message and wasn't sure if the transaction will be processed. Using the online help function I got a reply within a few seconds. Unfortunately the executing florist in Bloemfontein did not have the stock I ordered and was informed immediately by e-mail. They must have picked up I filled in the recipients cellphone number as my own number due to the fact that I ordered from overseas. Well done for not contacting the recipient!
