It was great to see the prompt response on the website and email yet there was no other follow up after that. Sad to say that my voucher that was supposed to have been re instated still has not. I have called, left messages and even forwarded emails of the transaction. Please note that after numerous attempts i finally decided to complain on Hello Peter in the beginning of March 2013 as this booking and cancellation was made last year August 2012. The service is just appaulling. Obviously i will not be continuing with the service or recommending it to anyone I know.
