I have been a loyal member of Discovery since 1998. Last year I had to cancell the aid due to loosing my job. The cronic department had to liase with correcting the MSA which obviously took months. Obviously the MSA will never be adjusted lower and I was phone to inform me of this. I asked for a letter of the amount I owe and if possible a recon of this figure. Todate I have not received this. I get an sms informing me that I have been handed to ITC. What the f. I was more than happy to make arrangements as soon as I receive documentation. THEY HANDED ME OVER TO ITC!!! I am trying to find a permanant position how the will this happen with being on ITC??? Big companies feel a for you. They did not do their job in the first place and then find it in order to ruin my change of finding work. Being a paying member for 14 years means NOTHING. Handing me over for R 4 000 just because some lazy person could not phone me.
