My daughter went to Dr van der Merwe on 22nd of August in 2011.She was on my ex husbands medical aid.(Discovery|) and apparently there was an amount of R100.00 admin fee not paid by them.
Then - 3 weeks ago they phoned my daughter about the amount for the first time-they had her cellphone number the whole time. She forwarded the account to me and I decided not to query this as it was only a hunderd rand. So I paid it. Now they keep on sending sms, s to her threatening with debt collection. when I phoned johan to tell him to check the bank for payment he said that he is unable to do so. Only the practice manger can do so. Whereby I asked toe speak to her he said she was very busy and can't speak to me but he will ask her to phone me. I phoned again this morning and he gave me the same answer.
