We have had this medical aid since 2008 and was on a supreme plan. After going through the document and changing this plan to Standard cover, everything suddenly changed and you treated as a less of an important client. Visited a specialist and now the medical aid refuses to pay saying that "we were supposed to have known" guess its no more loyalty to customers now, is it? We were asked to submit a letter for a late authorisation and no one seems to want to help. I wouldnt have logged this with medical aid if i could afford the amount!
