Poor feedback delayed responce

Bonitas has grown into oneof saouth africas largest medical aid company and one can clearly see the negative impact this has on us clients, i sent through a simple rquest /claim in february to date the claims department can not process correctly and the updates i received were none. This is not how you treat clients who spend R3000pm on medical aid. And secondly i sent through documents to add my new born only to find out she has not been added onto the medical aid and i was not advised only through my enquiry did i find this out, incompotant
