Gems refuses to pay the service that was rendered to me 8 months ago. I am a fully and up to date paying member of this medical scheme and gave birth on the 20/08/12 by ceaserian section, the medical scheme only paid a small portion of the claimed amount and claims that the Dr charged above the limit. which does not make sense as i am on the high option which is unlimited. This is and means that gens is its members.
