I had the most amazing experience at Reggies in Cresta Mall recently. In the later half of last year we bought a train set from them for our son for Christmas. When we were considering buying the set, we asked if we would be able to get extra track at a later stage as the track that came with the set only made a small oval. We were given an emphatic yes, and so we bought the set based on this information. A couple of weeks ago we returned to buy extra track and were told that we couldn't. We then spoke to Vusi who was very apologetic and explained that the staff were given express instructions to inform customers that extra track would not be available. Vusi not only handled our immediate disappointment and frustration very well and professionally, but he then went the extra mile for us too. He spent a couple of weeks trying to locate further sets and eventually made a plan with the supplier to be able to provide us with an extra set of tracks. I picked these up the other day and my son is so excited to have a more exciting train route! Thank you Vusi for being so professional, kind and willing to help us and keep us informed throughout the experience. You are gem!!
