Paid over R10 000 for a cruise and was disappointed with service. My luggage was tampered with when i went to collect @ the Dbn port. Also on the ship received poor service from the reception staff, spoke to client manager on the ship but did not give me feedback and promised will be compensated but did not happen. Spoke to GM of MSC Merle who does not care about customers say they will correct the problem about luggage next time and I must suffer the losses to the damage of my suitcase. No customer care just want the money. Merle is a General manager but does not display customer ethics.
