I have been a memebr since July 2012. I have not yet put a claim in for anything only my savings. It has been 10 months now and when I am now sick and need a scope done they are giving me up hill. I can't believe they don't bother to update their number. I phoned monday for authorization to be told don't worry call back on wednesday and it should be sorted as it has gone through to the standards departments. I phone yesterday to hear that the standards department has sent a PMI some questions to my Dr and best of all it is the Drs I have seen long ago, I was like what the heck I was at another Dr for this problem and he sent me to the specialist those Drs won't know what's potting, they say o ok we will send it to the dr whoi say you 1st for this problem I must phone back today to see what proggress there is. So I call back to find out that they havnt received feedback yet from the dr and I must call him to sort it out, so I put the phone down, I called both drs and asked if they got the faxs and emails only to find out nope they havnt. So I get their fax numbers and call discovery again they say ok they will fax it now, I find out they have outdated numbers. My procedure is on tue
