I had a hernia operation on the 20 th February.
A claim was put into Discovery.
After not receiving any correspondence, I contacted Discover. Why could they not have contacted me?
There is apparently a problem with regard to the exact procedure as well as the procedure code.
On several occasions I have had to call discovery. They tell me they will phone me back with in 5 days, or within the next 48 hours. But I hear nothing more...
Throughout this correspondence over 2 months, Discovery has not once called back as promised.
Every time they need something it is sent timeously, and then again, I hear Nothing more from Discovery.
When fund are required they do not stop, but now when it comes to service and owing me funds, they do not care.
