When we arrived there on the 2nd, they run out of programs.
We waited up to 20min for someone to come and assist us at the Restaurant outside. Just to hear that they did not have stock for Pizza's or Tramzinni's until the 7th.
The Restaurant as well as the ouside shops was closed on the 7th until 12h00 to clean... why not during the Service on Sunday morning?
All children activities finished on Sunday the 5th without prior notification. The Jacuzzi closed at 19h00 from the 5th, although the board outside the Jacuzzi states it will be open until 21h00 every night.
Several people got injury on the Super slide while we were there. Their attitude was that the people do not use it in conjunction with the rules stipulated. However, if so many people get injure, why not investigate...
I do understand that they can change their program without prior notification but really for an organisation that size they can at least inform the people via intercom?
Finally, we where there for 7 days and not one day went by that there was not someone complaining about something...
