The assistant Agnes could not perform the eye pressure test properly. She did it 4 times on my right eye. She clearly did not know how to use the pressure testing machine correctly. Training is needed for staff on how to handle patients, customer service and how to actually use the machines. I felt uncomfortable so I left and would not be going back there again. Sometimes giving a business closer to you a chance is a bad decision.
I normally visit the Menlyn branch because of their excellent service and won't be visiting Spec Savers at the Midrand Medicross centre again.
