I have always wanted to go to the Blue Waters Hotel, so my husband and 2 other family members decided to surprise us with booking for Valentines Day dinner and dance. As we all know in this difficult finacial economy, he R520 was quite a lot to spend, butthey decided to spoil us. We were really excited and looking forward to a nice evening out, but were dissapointed when they announced that they were no longer having the dance, but that we could attend the 5FMM Love party. As you must imagine aside from the fact that this was supposed to be a romantic evening, we expected to be treated to fine dinning and dinner and dance and noy a teenage party. I feel that this is definately false advertising. We ended up leaving early, and my husband was really e embrassed as he had suggested to our family that we go to Blue Waters. I did call Blue Waters the next day 15/02/13 and asked for customer service. I was put through to Zanele who said that she would speak to one of the managers and call me back in half and hour. Today is 20/02/13 and still no response.
