Discovery now too big for customer service

Discovery is unable to process claims for more than a week now. They blame it on backlog. I say it is uncontrolled growth!! They take over one medical aid after the other, but their staff are not competent or capable of handling the volumes. Bad service and bad attitude. My claim for Dr Swart has still not been refunded to me.
