My sister is due to give birth next month only to find out she can't go to Constantiaberg hospital because some fool can't locate her call where she enquirer and upgraded! Personally I always thought they a rip off, don't come close to my medical aid, there service always and itsnthe norm expecting them to take years to resolve a query! Seriously need to forward this complain to my friends, family, school moms and dads because if you can not assist an almost 9month pregnant female I pity the more serious procedures clients require!
