I would like to bring it to your attention. My partner Jacques Lombard passed away on the 16/10/2012 at 10:36.
Prio to this he had a operation/depressed/suicidal. Due to not finding results he drank. I called your call centre. Logged calls for help. They ignored the cry of my partner and he committed suicide that day. Kerry the councillor. I spoke to - forgive me- are they not suppose to be trained to deal with this. I called her for answers and my call was ignored and still is. Now I am told to seek help. What help. I needed the help of a professional and that failed me. I do not have a problem. My deceased partner needed help.
