When dealing with so many companies that have terrible service and cant care about any of there customers, it is a wonderful surprise to come to one who really dioes care and gives yuo friendly service and good avice.
I recently called the general enquires of Discovery heatlh as I am a member of one of their plans. I asked for advice regarding canceling my account as i am moving to the UK for some time. They gave me great advice as to cancel and rejoin on my return to South Africa and were very friendly and EXTREMELY efficient.
I thank you Discovery for this as It is a one in a million when dealing with the big coprorations in South Africa. I think Vodacom and Fligth centre could learn alot form you in all aspects of customer care and service.
