I went to opd south to state I would like my son to be seen only for them to say go to casualty. I did, and the nurse was so lovely took me to the doctor immediately and the doctor look at the chest his all fine and the throat.. Tonsilitis tells me it's enlarged. We should do an Tonsillectomy and prescribed the boy panado and told me to go find an appointment. I feel how in the world can I trust this hospital when this is the attitude I get. How do I trust the fact that who is going to be doing the tonsillectomy surgery because I know 1st year practices and so forth are being put into place and I do not want a mistake with my 3 year old boy. I am unemployed and I would like help for my son. But I would like to know how I can be helped and by being helped I can trust the process. Please!???
