I signed a contract stating that Virgin Active will deduct R390 of my banking account each month on the 1st day for one year. The deducted R610 from my account although this was not the amount agreed on. I logged two queries at my gym (Virgin active Potchefstroom branch), they phoned me that the fault was corrected and that I will receive credit. I did not receive any credit, they deducted an amount of R610 this month as well. So they did not adhere to my queries nor did I receive credit as promised by Virgin Active Potchefstroom.
