Neonatal sister being rude

I have a 28 week baby at clinix Botshelong.

Sister Nokuthula from Neonatal very rude and she has attitude. I came to visit my baby at 3 was early with 5 minute he asked me to go out and wait by the waiting room and at 3 when I entered the room still she continued with attitude not explaining what was happening to my son. What irritating me a lot is she was not my babies sister at the moment sister khethiwe tried explaining nicely to me what happen she continued being room kept on telling me that I will wait outside not see the baby forgetting that my baby being in that hospital pays her salary she must never treat people like she’s doing a favour and Botshelong is not the only hospital we can take our babies too.
