The only time I needed them - I was left cold

I've been with Discovery in excess of 15 years with absolutely minimum claims. This year was the first time that I encountered a health issue of any kind. I have been diagnosed with hyperthryoidism and I have been left completely unsupported by Discovery. My MSA has been depleted within 2 weeks and my treatment has not even started yet. I am shocked that 15 years of payments resulted in my having the carry the financial burden of this treatment entirely on my own
