WARNING:- I made a booking via internet from Beds at Sea. The Sea Horse apartments. On arrival we found the bedding dirty and creased, the walls was dirty and the bath was brown... thilthy... I phoned Bianca - no reply. I called Nicole - she suggested that I relax and have a braai and then she will send someone in the morning to clean the place proberbly and bring clean bedding. This is unacceptable. The place was suppose to be clean on arrival. I claimed my money back and made new arrangements for my holiday. They refused. They said that if they can get a replacement for my period they can refund my money. They did re book the place. There are photo's of the new people occupying the place. They still don't want to refund my money. My attorney are busy with them, but they still refuse. we'll see them in court because this is unacceptable. I took a lot of photo's of everything.
