It is a sad day when an "Executive Manager" of Medical Aid says they do not want you as a customer because you are not prepared to accept their bad service and incompetent staff! Time for a bit of introspection I would say!!! Since when do you say to a customer that you are not interested in their very valid complaint about customer service... Such complacency is unbelievable... Are Medical Aids so wealthy that they do not need members??? Is it acceptable to treat your members with such disrespect and disdain???
Is there anyone out there who has had the same experience... First Line support staff not responding appropriately is one thing -----> but wow when you get this from someone at the "top of the tree"???
