I went for braces in January 2012 and yolande (case manager) told me via email that no authorization was needed, and that the cost/payments comes from the R12000 orthodontic services, needless to say, they haven't paid my account yet and they do not reply to my emails and when I phone I have to explain my whole story to each and every person and eventually run out of airtime and NO ONE phones me back, even after they said they will (Guy named Emotion??)!!!
I have a "book" full of emails which was sent over and over, but NO reply!!!
