He we go again. At first Netcare didn't want to pay my outstanding account and now they just keep paying!!! These payments are all coming from our pasients savings! Again I've phone 4 times to inform the people at the call centre that the payments are incorrect but they never seem to understand. The guy I talk to 10min ago told me the account was very confusing! Then he said he was going to transfer me to Michelle van Wyk who will be able to help. She wasn't available so then I was told they I was going to be put through to the Optical Manager... phoned just rang. Eventually after about 10min I put the phone down. Please can someone who doesn't find they work to confusing phone me. I am sitting with this huge credit on the pasients account and she's sitting with no savings because of this. The medical aid number is 1901460 (Mrs Roberts).

Also we keep on getting different amount when we confirm for optical consultation. Nobody can explain to me why we get different tariff amounts.
