This rude lady called me from pathcare 0215963400 with a big attitude about my account this morning. When I asked her for more info she rudely said "we had this conversation before" not wanting to tell me. Does this lady think that Im suppose to remember everyone I speak to especially her? What happened to customer service, when a client asks a question, you are required to answer and not give your own opinion and please leave your attitude at home!
