Worst service in Johannesburg

We attended a conference at this hotel. Not only was the venue infested with mosquitoes and all other manner of flying bugs, but simple requests made to the front desk were met with contempt. The absolute lack of customer service and willingness to assist guests was appalling. I will never go back here again. If this is how they treat large corporate users, I cannot imagine how they treat everyday guests.
