On the 17 January 2014 we arrived at Charlot Maxeke Academic Hospital (Johannesburg Hospital) around 18:45 - 19:00 on an emergency. My mom was not feeling well due to her sickness, so we rushed her to the hospital. When we arrived we were greeted my two nurses at Triage whom advised us that we should note it's Friday and they're very busy. There were only two patience at that time and their casualty was not busy too. We were only attended by a Doctor 2 hours later and we were send to go and open a file and to wait furthermore for couple of hours till now that I'm writing this complaint to for assistance. To make matters worse I call the then CEO for assistance and gave me advise whom to contact. I went to the front desk for requesting the ward matron but no help was provide. We called her office but no answer at all. Then well after that incident the nurses kept on ignoring our plea for help. Suddenly people whom came after my mother were being attended too. It also came to my attention that there was another patient whom has been here since 08:00 whom was only attended at 22:00. The services in our public hospital is totally bad and forgetting the patience rights..
