Good day. I went to hospital on the 14th of July 2013 for being in premature labour, so I had my authorasation number ready and handy then my baby went into ICU and again I had authorasation number ready. In september/ november 2013 I went to hospital again due to infection. Never did the lady at reception of the hospital told me I need to pay cash or phone for an authorisation number for my visit instead they put it through discovery. So now I am claiming stuff I paid cash and when they are supposed to pay it to me it's getting deducted from the amount I owe discovery which no one ever contacted me. So i feel this is not my fault and if discovery does want the payments from me they can contact me and not just assume because I am claiming they can take the money. I want my money back and I will make arrangements to pay you guys what I owe and not get told sorry its not their problem!!! Very dissapointed!!!
