Worst medical aid eve

I have been dealing with this medical aid for the past ten years. I would advise anyone that wants a medical aid not to join discovery because they never seem to sort out anything. I have battling with payments for the past 4y that was supposed to be sorted out. I have to spend endless amount and time sorting out there problems. It is so frustrating. Dave thank you for trying to help.
