I've been calling Fedhealth regarding my refund for R970, since the 2/01/2014, but up until today I have not received my monies.
Firstly, Fedhealth captured my application incorrectly, because when I sent my application form I made it clear that I will pay my monthly contribution via electronic fund transfer, that was the reason I did not put my banking details on the form, but Yeshantha came back to me saying that I must write them for in-case of refunds.
In January 2014 I made a transfer of R970 into Fedhealth's banking details for my monthly contributions, then on the 3rd of
January a debit order for Fedhealth debited my account for R883. I called trying to ascertain what happened because on my side
I did not instruct you to debit my account, and I was referred to Credit Control department and I sopke to Sabian who picked up the 2 payments and I was advised that I will be refunded my R970.00, but up until today I have not received anything.
All I want to know from you why did you capture my application as a debit order collection because that's the reason why there was a confusion, on top of that I am not getting help from you guys.
