Emerald Club Claim - MBSEC7503, I am Rabindh Hardew, 6310135147 087, A proud Member, Sorry A Distraught Member, I firstly have your web address which gives me many Emerald Clubs and Names, which one do I choose, no user friendly sites, no local telephone numbers, no South African Branch details, no e -mail the client back, facilities. WHY, I have a 2 Policies to claim, but I have to call another agency to get hold of Emerald. I waist 45 minutes to get to someone, then they tell me its the wrong department, when u eventually get hold of them they don't cover HOME APPLIANCES THAT ARE HISTORIC, hello I have house hold items that are broken, I want to make a claim, please help me, SORRY no assistance.
My husband fell from a 6 metre building and broke his FEMUR, he was hospitalised for 5 days, I Kavita admitted Rabindh Hardew, there is an Admission fee that will be paid, but the agents said, only Ambulance services, that's all. Debits goes out every singly month without fail, but to make a claim, no one responses, MANAGERS, SHARE HOLDERS, CEO, its the small people out there that are making you sit right up there.
