Danita, the application forms clearly states (has a clause underneath) that we should not disclose hiv status, which we were aware of because my husband got tested at public clinic, and they were taking time to put him on medication. when he was at hospital, he was cleared of tb or any respiratory failure. before he could go to the doctor i contacted your guys call centre and they advised me that he can go to the doctor, and he can go to hospital! do you not see the doc's feedback that my husband doesnt have respiratory failure?
now we are left with a huge hospital bill after you to us. you can screen all my calls to check what your call centre agents told me, it is not my fault they misled me, now you have completely cancelled him from the scheme and deducted more money from my account? for some stupid admin? what about the that you told me?? every person gets a cough and flu now and then, and decides to visit a doctor. i still think you are unfair and your service is something else. just because he had a cough and the doc suspected hiv doesnt mean that he had respiratory failure. you need to put him back in the plan and pay the hospital bill.
