I brought my son to hospital at 23:32 because he was sick and I had my Id as I normally carry mine when I go to botshelong hospital. The lady at reception said she can't help me without my fiance s id not even put the child on oxygen since I was already there with my id and medical aid then turned around and started chatting with her colleagues who were sitting and doing nothing at that time. I will never ever go to this hospital it's worse than public hospitals.
