We visited uShaka recently, and before visiting, we checked the price on the website. When arriving at the park, the entrance fee had been changed without notice. Now all of a sudden we had to pay R185 per person, in stead of the R135 as advertised on the website. When complaining about this, one of the marketing girls called me a problem customer in my face, and was telephonically connected to a lady called Erika. She basically told me that if i dont want to pay the more expensive price, we can leave park without entering. We have travelled all the way from Botswana, and this is not what i expected from uShaka, I have never in my life felt so insulted, and i think the people at uShaka owes me an apology.
