A few weeks ago I wrote a complaint email to RJs regarding the awful service I received in hemingways mall's RJs. Slow service, bad food, clumsy waiter, arrogant and unapologetic manager. I still haven't received a response regarding my complaint. I guess they couldn't be bothered with customer complaints. I will make sure that everyone I know never eats there again!
