I was with LMS for approx. 30 months, and encountered endless problems.
From my members names, birthdates, even trying to get a second card.
Then my GAP cover was cancelled, unknown to me, had a procedure done and costing me thousands.
Passed on between financial advisors as if I were a "hot potatoe" with no direct or true answers to my questions.
I had enough with unsettled claims and an excuse for everything, so I resigned!
Needless to say, I get an account saying I owe them money. Yet I never missed payments.
After 4 emails (and never a reply), and being on hold for 31 minutes one day, i couldn't even get to talk to an advisor.
You ask for a copy of your contract, or ref no or even a copy of a recording (for legal purposes) and you cant even get that..yet they very quick to take your money, even when you don't have it.
It seems you can never get joy out of LMS, no matter how hard you try.
Im guessing by now, Ive been handed over..and haven't even heard about that.
VERY unproffesional.
So it looks like I might end up taking LMS to small claims court regarding all this (with a very strong cases according to my lawyer), should this not be resolved in a proper manner..
