1. On Check in received incorrect keys - when asking for the new keys it was found that another agent had the other keys and had to wait for approx 1 hour to get access to our rental, no staff had transport and we were asked to drive a staff member to sort out the problem
2. The apartment (211 Perspective, CT) - nothing like what the images portrayed (possibly a few years old), felt like everything was dirty and broken (broken blinds, dirty bathroom, food stuck in the seats, old/dirty cutlery, smells funny), deff not worth over R1000 a day
3. There were images of the apartment pool which turns out we don't have access too for the next 3 days (false advertising!!!)
4. Upon calling and complaining we were treated with a nonchalant attitude, the "acting" manager was never available and when we were told we would be called back - we never were
