I am so not happy with discovery at the moment I could kill someone, I got a letter of demand from Brent Hurst Clinic accounts about a claim for June. Since then I have been trying to get the matter sorted but no one seems to understand what I am talking about. I have the statements with me and I have tried to get someone to at least settle the matter but the agent keeps me on hold for so long that I even run out of patience. I am not a difficult person but I don't appreciate the fact that as a paying client I have to stop what I am doing and deal with trivial matters as this.
