Service worse than that of a public hospital

I arrived at the hospital on the 6th of December with bad abdominal pain & vomiting and I was attended to immediately by the labour unit day staff & handed over to the night shift staff.
Firstly I was only moved to a room at 8h30 pm despite my admission been completed at 6h45 pm which is also the same time I was removed from the machine that monitored my babies. When I got to the room I asked the assistant whether did the Dr prescribe any pain & nausea meds? She said she would check for me but by 9pm she had not returned so I took my own Panado that I had in my bag. 2ndly there was no bell in the room to call the nurse & that meant having to get out of bed in pain & go look for the nurse.
Some1 came to check whether we were comfortable & I told her about my pain & what happened earlier & I believe she spoke 2 the sister in charge who came to me very upset saying I never notified any of her staff that I was in pain with her hands on her waist. When they eventually gave me something 4 pain at 1am I was told I was getting it 4 the 3rd time & when I told the sister that it was the actually the 1st time & hw unhappy I was that such mistakes can b done she got so upset and defensive.
